Job Summary: Use your Ag Business or Business Management degree and/or experience to help a family owned company grow in production agriculture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of inputs, inventory, pricing and day to day production.
And any other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Prefer 2 or 4 year degree in Ag Business or Business Management.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of experience in an agriculture related profession.
Must be detail oriented, have a high degree of persistence, self-motivation, self-discipline and follow up.
Possess excellent decision making, problem solving, analytical, computer and mathematical skills for understanding processes, be able to draw conclusions.
Possess strong communication and people skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team with varying levels of team members and vendors on various projects.
Be able to manage multiple projects or tasks and quickly adjust to changes in required workload.
