At Production Monkeys, smooth processes and systems are the key to our success. We need an office manager with excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches and flexibility to handle anything that might come your way, as priorities change quickly, and same-day turnarounds are frequently required. This role interfaces with clients, manages billing, handles general accounting duties and whatever else it takes to keep the team productive.
Role and Responsibilities
- General bookkeeping
- Project billing and late payment correspondence
- Project quotes and agreement development
- Administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, and meetings, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages
- Placing product orders and assistance with local deliveries
- Answering phone calls
- Placing outbound calls related to invoicing and orders
Knowledge and Experience
- Good time management skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiencycy in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Google Products
- An ability to facilitate multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous success in office management
- Collaborative problem-solving skills
- Internet and technology savviness
- Bonus points for experience with WordPress or Asana
