Our company establishes management relationships with property owners and develops a comprehensive system that coincides with each owner’s business plan and mission statement. This system can include any or all of the following: complete accounting with financials, partial accounting, full-time management, part-time management, full-time maintenance, part-time maintenance and 24-hour emergency maintenance for any conventional, tax credit, government subsidized and/or 55+ independent living communities.
Our Operations team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to the resident and to the owner. We provide professional management and service to ensure consistent resident relations, proactive marketing for each property and location to maximize occupancy and create name recognition with effective branding strategies and resident referrals by promoting value and integrity.
