Perform a variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and functional environment; and perform related work as required.
Accountabilities
General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Ensure doors are locked after hours.
Property maintenance including minor repairs, washing windows and changing light bulbs
Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning and other janitorial work.
Light landscaping and maintenance of the recreational area of bank property
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
Work well when supervisors are not present.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
