Seeking for Restaurant Kitchen Chef (Japanese Restaurant) And Sushi Chef
One year of food service operation experience is required
High volume production and catering experience is plus
Use kitchen equipment, like slicers, broilers, grills, Chinese wok, etc
be on their feet for up to 4 hours at a time
work independently and as a team
keep Kitchen/ Sushi Bar organized and clean
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
Be a team player and work with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure quality dishes are being served to each and every guest
Clean up duties as assigned after each shift and throughout the week to keep kitchen up to excellent level of cleanliness
