Machine Operator (3rd Shift - 12:00am-8:00am) - $2.00 Shift differential

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Machine Operator, you will make an impact by:
Operating production equipment, inspecting for quality control, and packing product safely and in accordance with standards.
Developing an excellent working knowledge of the job specific equipment and performing minor troubleshooting of machines
Supporting the team when working with other operators and production personnel to enhance our processes including timeliness of production.
Communicating the vision and expectations for each job to the crew.
Contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving.
Ensuring your own safety by following all related policies.
Your Skills and Knowledge
High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Printing/Finishing experience a plus, but not necessary.
On-the-job training provided.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
