Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
Knowledge and Experience
Experience in solving recurring problems through determination of root cause.
Ability to maintain neat and orderly conditions where you work and promote safe conditions.
Required qualifications
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
* Possess, or be in the last Six (6) months of pursuing, an associate degree, or Five (5) years experience in a technical discipline such as Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, Wind Energy Tech in a private, public, government, or military environment.
* Able to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
