Shift Managers assist the GM in operating the restaurant.
Salary: $15.00 /hour potential wages with-in first year up to $16.00
Role and Responsibilities
- Completing all duties assigned by the store manager
- Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
- Supervise a crew between 4 to 10 people during a shift
- Work in a fast-paced environment / Good communication skills
- Repetitive standing, stooping and bending as needed
- Demonstrate and promote team work
- Taking care of our customers
- Paper work completed on a timely basis
