POSITION SUMMARY

Agtegra’s Manager Trainee Program is a high-impact, multiyear opportunity that consists of rotational assignments at the largest locally owned agricultural cooperative in the country. This program is driven by real business and industry priorities. Rotational employees will have the opportunity to explore all divisions of the business while having rigorous on-the-job training and development.

The Manager Trainee Program offers developmental pathways in our Grain, Agronomy, Energy, Feed, Innovation, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Communications business divisions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Internal Candidates
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, 1-3 years of experience required, and a track record of good decision making, leadership potential, communication skills, problem solving, and self-motivated
Must be willing to relocate
External Candidates
Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate degree required with outstanding internship credentials; demonstrates problem-solving ability, good communication skills, leadership potential, and self-motivated
Willingness to relocate required
