Full time position for parts sales including department managment. Successful applicant will manage the parts department operations within the dealership to ensure a high level of external and internal customer satisfaction and maximize profitability through sales of parts, inventory controls, order processes and programs, and expense control, while maintaining sufficient and accutate inventory levels. Duties include ordering, receiving, stocking, selling, shipping. Invoice sales through our inhouse business system and receive payment via check, cash, credit cards, or apply to approved A/R accounts. Prepare documents and reports pertaining to parts returns, shortages, discrepancies, damages, warranties etc. Keep the department, showroom, restrooms clean and orderly. Work closely with service and sales departments. Qualifications: Experience with parts department operations and have knowledge of machinery including an understanding of mechanical and technical terminology. Basic understanding of financial principles relative to parts department operations. Interpersonal skills, self motivated, detail oriented, ability to multi task, strong organizational and customer service skills. Proficient computer and technology skills and ability to navigate electronic parts catalogs accurately, ability to lift 50+ lbs., ability to operate forklifts.
