Taking Care of Our Customers: Ensure that customers and technicians receive parts in an efficient and professional manner.
Being an Expert: Display knowledge of product inventory and ability to accurately locate the parts required for maximum customer service.
Showing Commitment to Excellence: Display strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing cycle counts, inventory and shipping/receiving duties.
Being Safe: Show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe.
