As a pest control technician, you are able to earn higher wages not only by focusing on serving our current customer base but also by acquiring new clients. Our pest control teams service our commercial, residential, farm, and ranch pest control customers with professionalism and integrity. Not only do our pest control techs take care of pests for our commercial, residential, farm, and ranch customers, but they also get to recommend new pest control services to current customers and consult with new prospects.

Compensation:


1st Year: $40K guaranteed 2 years plus: Up to $60K plus

Tasks:


Pest Control field service work
Consulting and selling services to prospective clients
Recommending new services to current customers based on their needs
Communicating several times per day with the office
Planning your work schedule in advance
Using technology to schedule your day, service accounts, and communicate with the office and customers

Work Schedule: From November-February, a maximum of 40 hours per week. May and September 45-60 hours per week. March/June/July/August/October: 40 hours per week. We WOULD take a seasonal worker from May through mid-October. We recommend that the technicians are at their first stop at 8 am and work until their route is done. Usually, it's 8-5 but is less during slow months and more during busy months. Weekends are sometimes necessary during September and possibly May.


Requirements:


Valid driver's license
Must be comfortable on ladders and roofs
Must be able to physically move, lift, carry, and operate all equipment as the job requires
May & September are blackout months for vacation time as these are our two busiest months
You cannot be afraid to work around pests - mice, snakes, bugs, etc.
Must be able to wear a respirator, so you cannot have facial hair

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
