$20.00 - $20.50 an hour
Location: Aberdeen, SD
These positions include a combination of processes to remove bones and cut meat into specified standards to be distributed to customers. Other positions include packaging trimmed and finalized product into bags for vacuum sealing and placing sealed product in correct boxes for distribution. Equipment used includes knives, saws, air knives, scales, and other machinery. The environment for this position is cold (under 40° F). Every Fabrication production position requires standing for the entire shift.
Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the workplace.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a diverse workforce.
Act responsibly as a member of a team and perform duties as directed by company leadership.
Strictly adhere to established production work schedules, departmental goals, and expectations.
Obey safety rules and exercise caution in all work activities.
Physical Demands: ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, push and pull in a hot or cold environment for 8-10+ hours/day.
Must be able to work Saturdays when required.
