We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and creative individual who is passionate about design and customer service. If you have experience in sales and a background in design, we want to hear from you!
The ideal Candidate will have:
*A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience
*A background or education in design
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Proven ability to close sales and exceed targets
*Passion for the industry
In this role, you'll work with our team of designers and craftspeople to create custom cabinetry solutions that meet our client's unique needs and aesthetic. You'll be responsible for managing the sales process from initial consultation to final installation, and you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on all sales. Role and Responsibilities
- Initiate sales leads for design team.
- Maintain and grow accounts in an expanding territory.
- Work with design team to ensure a quality experience for customers.
- Represent self and the company in a professional manner.
- Manage client communication.
Knowledge and Experience
Sales and Account Management: 3-5 years Required.
Required qualifications
- Proven working experience in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated
- A team player, but able to excel on their own.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
